RESET workshop (English spoken)
The hello gorgeous foundation organizes RESET, the workshop series that increases your resilience against (self) stigma and positively changes your view of your life with HIV. Sign In! It is free.
RESET consists of three meetings on three consecutive weeks: on Saturday afternoons in Amsterdam. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. The groups are mixed and the trainers also have HIV themselves.
Research shows that RESET is effective in increasing self-confidence and reducing self-stigma in people with HIV. Read more about this in hello gorgeous #43. (Dutch article)
